About the Founder
Candice

The Arts Counsellor was founded by a former professional ballet dancer who understands the unique pressures of the dance world from firsthand experience.
After a career in professional ballet, she transitioned into coaching and mentoring to support dancers and performers navigating the psychological challenges that often accompany high-level performance.
The Approach
The approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the culture of ballet and performance.
